Process
- Find and view a
suitable property. You can view the properties and express an interest
in them from this website.
- Upon a successful
viewing you will be asked to complete a reference and credit referencing
form which will be sent off to an independent and confidential company.
The charge for this service is £20.00 + VAT.
- With successful
references you must pay our agency fee of 30% + VAT of the first months'
rent.
- Pay a dilapidation
bond (deposit).
- Sign the tenancy
agreement
- Complete and return
as standing order mandate form for future rent payments.
- Pick up the keys
to your new property.
