Student Properties vs Professional Properties

Why 'student properties' ?

 

Generally, the main difference between student and professional lettings is the type of contract that you sign. Professionals sign a standard assured shorthold contract with a minimum of 6 months and students sign an assured shorthold 12 month contract. With a 6 month contract it would be possible to terminate the contract after the first 6 months - not great for students half way through their academic year!

What it does NOT mean is that students are only given the worst properties available. We believe that students as well as others deserve the best quality housing which is why we actively encourage student tenants and why we have an excellent reputation with the student accommodation offices.
