Application
Process
- All of the group
must visit the office at the same time to register and receive a group
identification number.
- If you see properties
on the website you can ring with your group number to get their full
details.
- Appointments are
made with the current tenants to view the properties.
- When you find one
you like ring the office to put on reserve.
- Visit the office
to pay a £100 holding fee per person.
- Arrange an appointment
to sign the contract.
Signing
- Read and understand
the contract.
- Pay the full deposit
of 6 weeks rent.
- Pay our agency
fee (30% of one month's rent + VAT).
- Sign the Tenancy
Agreement as a group at the same time.
Once this has been completed
make sure the other members in your group have done the same. Only once
all the above are completed (subject to approval at each stage) by all members
of your group will the keys be released to you (usually on the 1st of July).
