Student Lettings 2023-2024
Our property list for the 2023-24 academic year will be available mid/late November 2022.
2, 3 and 4 bed properties being released early in the new year 2024.
All our student lettings have a video tour for you to view online in the first instance. We are only able to offer in-person viewings once an approved application has been received and a holding fee paid.
The letting process is as follows:
First of all, if you are interested in a property, an application needs to be submitted, the details of how to do this are further below.
The application is then passed to the landlord for approval.
If the application is approved then we would arrange a viewing in person with your group.
Following the viewing a holding fee needs to be paid which is equal to a week’s rent. This secures the property and takes it off the market.
To submit an application please complete the following form for all members of your group (https://www.jacksonproperty.co.uk/tenant/students/) you will also need to provide a covering letter with some further information about you all and send that to email@example.com.
We will then submit it all to the landlord for approval.
